The school holidays are a real pressure point for families experiencing hardship. We regularly hear from parents who go hungry so their children can eat or face impossible choices over whether to heat their homes or eat.  Hackney Foodbank's Children’s Lunch Support scheme offers parents referred to us vouchers so they can buy lunch at the supermarket for their children during the holidays. £10 can cover the cost of one child's lunch for a week. Please give what you can and help ensure no-one goes hungry.
